- Read the instructions on the charger as we have made them with help from YOU – our customers
- Don’t be afraid to call your service provider’s customer service if you need help
- Stop charging at around 80 % if you can, as it will save you money and help us reduce charging queues (we’re working very hard on this at our end too).
You can use or chargers through multiple service providers like Fortum Charge & Drive, Plugsurfing, Easypark, or Shell Recharge. If you need help to charge using their services, for example help to register or order an rfid tag, how to start charging with a service provider app, or you have questions related to an invoice or payments from any of our service providers, you must contact them directly.
