Our top 3 tips when charging

  1. Read the instructions on the charger as we have made them with help from YOU – our customers
  2. Don’t be afraid to call your service provider’s customer service if you need help
  3. Stop charging at around 80 % if you can, as it will save you money and help us reduce charging queues (we’re working very hard on this at our end too).
